Cement resistor is made by winding the resistance wire around the non-alkaline heat-resistant porcelain part, and then protected and fixed with heat-resistant, moisture-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials outside. The wound resistance body is put into a square porcelain frame and filled and sealed with non-flammable heat-resistant cement. The outer side of the cement resistor is mainly made of ceramic material.

1. It has the characteristics of small size, shock resistance, moisture resistance, heat resistance and good heat dissipation.
2. Good insulation, suitable for printed circuit board.
3. The wire is wound on the ceramic rod and then welded by electric welding to produce resistance value and extend life.
4. High resistance value is made by metal oxide film body (MO) instead of winding method.
5. Excellent heat resistance, small resistance temperature coefficient, and linear change.
6. It can withstand short-term load, has low noise, and its resistance value remains unchanged over the years.
